TRIPLE CROWN BBQ MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • Two lbs ground beef

  • One cup Panko

  • Two medium eggs

  • One teaspoon sea salt

  • One teaspoon ground black pepper

  • Three minced garlic cloves

  • Two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1-2 cups Triple Crown Hickory Bourbon Sauce (We like it extra saucy)

Instructions

  1. Turn on the oven and preheat to 375f degrees

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, panko, and w-sauce. Mix ingredients until fully blended

  3. Using your hands or an ice cream scoop, separate the mixture into 1''-2'' balls

  4. In a baking pan, spread the meatballs and coat with bbq sauce. Place in the oven for ~ 40 minutes or until the meatballs are thoroughly cooked
